Angle Energy Inc. Announces Voting Results from Annual Meeting of Shareholders

(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/31/13 -- Angle Energy Inc. ( "Angle" or the "Company") (TSX: NGL) announced today, in accordance with the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") requirements, the voting results from its annual meeting of shareholders held on May 29, 2013 in Calgary, Alberta.

A total of 44,545,374 common shares were voted in connection with the meeting, representing approximately 54.96% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Angle. Shareholders voted in favour of all items of business put forth at the meeting, including the appointment of KPMG LLP as auditors and the election of all director nominees as follows:
