Arianne Phosphate Grants Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - SAGUENAY, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 06/03/13 -- Arianne Phosphate Inc. (the "Company" or "Arianne") (TSX VENTURE: DAN)(FRANKFURT: JE9N)(OTCBB: DRRSF) announces the grant of a total of 225,000 stock options (collectively, the "Options") to a recently appointed Board Director, Siva J. Pillay (200,000 Options), CFO of Ocean Partners in London, U.K. and to an employee (25,000 Options), of the Company, the whole in accordance with Arianne's stock option plan (the "Plan") and stock option grant policy (the "Policy").
Each Option entitles the holder to purchase one common share of the Company until June 3, 2023 at a price of $1.25 per share, being the closing price of the the Company's shares on the trading day preceding the date of grant. The Options are subject to a three year vesting period under the Plan and the Policy, and are also subject to regulatory approval.
Arianne Phosphate () is developing the Lac a Paul phosphate deposits located approximately 200 km north of the Saguenay Lac-Saint-Jean region of Quebec, Canada. These deposits will produce a high quality igneous apatite concentrate grading 39% P2O5 with little or no contaminants. The Company has 77 million shares issued.
