Pro-Or Confirms Extension of Warrants

(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 06/03/13 -- Pro-Or Mining Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: POI) confirms the Exchange's acceptance of the renewal of the warrants' term issued in June 2011.

On this occasion, PRO-OR had completed an offering of 20 units at a price of five thousand dollars ($ 5,000) per unit, for a maximum amount of $ 100,000.
