Trade fair lines up for the start again in Hamburg

(PresseBox) - Following the successful premiere of transfairlog, Trade Fair for International Transport and Logistics Management, in June 2012 the organiser of the event - EUROEXPO Messe- und Kongress-GmbH of Munich - is now sounding the starting gun for the second edition, to take place also at Hamburg Trade Fair Centre. In response to the wishes of the exhibitors at the premiere, this second event is to be held in the autumn - from 4 to 6 November 2014.
"We have deliberately chosen the dates in November to coincide with the traditional shipbrokers gathering which has taken place each year since 1948 at the beginning of November and which regularly attracts several thousand ship owners and shipbrokers to Hamburg from all over the world. We see this as a great opportunity to attract additional visitor potential to our event," said Julia Kinzelmann, Exhibition Director of transfairlog 2014.
transfairlog is the central competence platform focusing on the broad spectrum of themes involved in the efficient design of in-company materials handling and of external transport and logistics and processes.
The trade fair also features a supporting program of congress standard. Knowledge forums and live events point out new ways and highlight perspectives for meeting the logistics challenges of the future that are facing all market players.
As one of the economically strongest hubs for materials handling and transport flows in Europe, Hamburg is an excellent location at which to discuss the logistics challenges of all the states bordering the North Sea and the Baltic, and to showcase innovations that will open the way to new business.

The international trade fair transfairlog presents the full spectrum of modern, strategic and operational solutions for supply chain and global transport processes.
