Klövern acquires property in Malmö

Klövern has acquired and taken possession of the office property Sufflören 4 in
Malmö.
The property is adjacent to the expansive area Hyllie and has a lettable area of
just over 5,100 sq.m. The property is fully let and was taken possession of on
3 June.
The purchase price is approximately SEK 60 million.
"This property has a strategic location in Malmö and fits in very well with
Klövern's portfolio", says Klövern's CEO Rutger Arnhult.
