Change in board composition
Solar energy company Solarmag announces that it has despatched to shareholders a notice convening its 2010 AGM, which will be held at the offices of its solicitors Fasken Martineau LLP, 17 Hanover Square, London W1S 1HU at 11am on Wednesday 22 December 2010.
Under the company’s constitution Boris Lautenbach, a non-executive director of the Company, is due to resign at the AGM. He has indicated that he will not seek re-election and accordingly he will cease to be a director on 22 December 2010.
Speaking today Lars-Erik Magnusson, chairman of Solarmag, said “I should like on behalf of shareholders to thank Boris for his work as a non-executive director and to wish him well in the future.”
