Kemira appoints Petri Castrén as CFO

Petri Castrén (Master of Laws, MBA) has been appointed Kemira's new Chief
Financial Officer (CFO) and member of the Management Board as of September
1, 2013. He will join Kemira from Nokia Siemens Networks, where he has been
serving as Vice President Corporate Finance (Group Treasurer). Prior to that, he
has worked in different financial, mergers and acquisitions as well as business
development leadership positions in Nokia Siemens Networks and Nokia
Corporation.

fast changing organization that has undergone a major transformation. These
competencies are key in implementing Kemira's strategy and successfully
