He will oversee the company's licensing sales throughout the Eastern United States and Canada. Dabrow originally led the launch of the company's North American licensing teams in 2006 and is re-joining after successfully leading sales teams for several international companies.

Dabrow has more than 20 years of experience in the post-production and footage licensing space. Most recently, Dabrow served as Director of Licensing at Framepool, where he was charged with re-launching the company's licensing business in the U.S. and Canada. Prior to that, he led North American sales efforts for Getty Images. Earlier in his career, Dabrow managed business development for a New York-based post production company. He also serves as co-president of The Association of Commercial Stock Images Licensors (ACSIL).
