Dividend Payment Set at $0.165 per Share
(firmenpresse) - MORRISTOWN, NJ -- (Marketwired) -- 06/06/13 -- Covanta Holding Corporation (NYSE: CVA) ("Covanta" or the "Company") today announced that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.165 per share, payable on July 8, 2013 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 27, 2013.
