Newly launched website immigrationls.com is offering immigration related services to US Residents
(firmenpresse) - Becoming a citizen of the United States will be a long process for undocumented immigrants. Why, because they have either entered the U.S. illegally or are overstaying from a non-immigrant visa. Non-immigrant visas allow only the visa holder a limited time of stay in the U.S. Even work visas have to be renewed on or before their expiry date.
Many of those who have working visas and have worked for a number of years in the U.S. tend to overstay even when their contracts have ended. Most feel too comfortable and already feel like citizens. Once they are found to be overstaying, they will definitely be processed for deportation. They will need an immigration attorney to handle their case.
Deportation or removal
Undocumented immigrants are bound to be deported if the U.S. government finds that they not deserve much longer to stay in the country. This becomes more difficult if they are found to have been in some crime or has been guilty of violating some laws. Some immigrants might have friends or contacts in other states that are familiar with good deportation or removal lawyers. Friends of the same nationality in other states who were helped by an immigration attorney in their case will be good sources of lawyers. Undocumented immigrants that are in the process of deportation should seek help from those friends.
If a friend in Miami was helped by an immigration lawyer Miami, that friend should be able to refer that lawyer to a friend who is in trouble.
