AMD Announces Completion of Exchange Offer for Its 7.50% Senior Notes Due 2022 for Registered Notes
(firmenpresse) - SUNNYVALE, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/10/13 -- (NYSE: AMD) today announced that it has completed its offer to exchange any and all of its outstanding 7.50% Senior Notes due 2022, which were issued in a private placement (the "Private Notes,") for an equal principal amount of new 7.50% Senior Notes due 2022 that have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. Four hundred ninety-nine million six hundred fifteen thousand ($499,615,000) of the outstanding $500 million aggregate principal amount of the Private Notes were tendered and received prior to the expiration of the exchange offer at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, June 7, 2013.
