(firmenpresse) - To connect two opposed shafts in a driving system safely, you have to find the right connecting component each time. Therefore the company ENEMAC from Kleinwallstadt offers a lot of solutions.
A speciality beyond the shaft couplings is the line EWC. These, completely made of stainless steel metal-bellow-coupling finds its place in challenging environments, in sterile or acidiferous applications.
Available in ten different sizes for nominal torques between 5 Nm and 1300 Nm, the extremely short coupling with the 4 billowy bellow is versatile applicable. The connection between bellow and hub through our micro-plasma-welding-method guarantees unlimited creep resistance between 223 K and 623 K. The coupling can handle hub bore holes between 6 mm and 90 mm.
As usual to products from ENEMAC, this coupling has a high torsional stiffness, is wearless and maintenance-free. The easy-clamping hub which is mounted on both sides connects shaft and coupling backlashfree and force-fit. Through the innovative clamping-system, the hubs can be simply widened by the screw head without additional tools needed, results an extensive time saving during the mounting of the coupling and no maintenance necessary.
Main fields of application for this coupling are the food-, pharma-, medicine- and chemical-industry, as well as outdoor applications, in vacuum applications or applications in water.
