GM resolution on the change of name has been registered - Rebranding
successfully completed
Munich - 11.06.2013
Following the entry of the change of the articles of association in the
company register which took place on 10.06.2013, EquityStory AG (ISIN:
DE0005494165) will immediately trade under the new name EQS Group AG.
The ordinary general meeting on 31.05.2013 decided on the change of name to
EQS Group AG by way of a change of the articles of association. The
rebranding is as a result successful and both national and international
customers are now addressed in the same way.
Achim Weick, Chief Executive Officer of the EQS Group AG: 'With the
successful introduction of the umbrella brand EQS we have taken into
account the development from pioneer for online investor relations in
Germany to an internationally active One-Stop-Shop for online corporate
communications with a strong focus on online investor relations. The change
of name of the market-listed public limited company to EQS Group AG is the
consistent conclusion of our rebranding process'
The German stockmarket abbreviation changes from 'E1S' to 'EQS'. The ISIN
remains unchanged.
