PHX Energy Services Corp. Announces June 2013 Dividend
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/14/13 -- PHX Energy Services Corp. ("PHX Energy" or the "Corporation") (TSX: PHX) announces that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.06 per common share designated as an "eligible dividend" within the meaning of subsection 89(1) of the Income Tax Act (Canada), and payable on July 15, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 28, 2013. The ex-dividend date is June 26, 2013.
