("Typhoon") (TSX VENTURE: TYP), following the press release issued by Typhoon Exploration Inc.,("Typhoon") on June 10, 2013 related to the latest investment of $500,000 in common shares by Aurizon Mines Ltd.,("Aurizon") pursuant to an option agreement dated 17 May 2010, as amended, Typhoon announces that the issue price of the shares has been calculated at $0,09 per share.

The common shares of Typhoon Exploration Inc. are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol "TYP".
