PIONIER Absaugtechnik presents the dust extractor ZF -1
ZF -1(firmenpresse) - Neukirchen-Vluyn – June 2013: PIONIER Absaugtechnik GmbH, a globally operating producer of exhausters, presents the versatile and powerful dust extractor ZF -1.
The ZF -1 has already proved itself in the industry by use of a modular system. This system with its compact structure and excellent mechanical pre-separation of dust is also available as the low-cost model ‘Eco’ as well as Ex-Finish (without sound absorber).
The dust extractor ZF -1 series comes with numerous sorts of filters made of different materials, forms as well as sizes and is therefore perfectly suitable for handling suspended particular matter (floating dust), granules, flakes as well as hazardous particulates.
Due to a pneumatic cleaning system of the filter elements long lasting replacement intervals are possible.
The noise occurred varies depending on the propulsion used (from 3kW to 11kW). In any case there is a possibility to attach a silencer to the exhaust opening.
Easy emptying of the residue container helps to provide a clean workstation. Furthermore it is also possible to choose from all kinds of different reservoirs like big bags or drums.
The ZF -1 was designed to fit in all handicraft business as well as diverse industries. Due to the numerous upgrades respectively different versions like additional suction pipes, ex-finishes, stainless steel surfaces for the food industry as well as installation of intermediate floors, fittings onto transportation frames, etc the dust extractor ZF -1 is extremely adjustable.
