Greig Woodring Elected Chairman of IIS Board of Directors
(firmenpresse) - SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/17/13 -- The Board of Directors of the International Insurance Society (IIS) has elected Greig Woodring, President and Chief Executive Officer, Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated (NYSE: RGA) as Chairman of the IIS Board of Directors, effective June 16, 2013.
Woodring, who has served as IIS Chairman-Elect since January 2013, is succeeding Norman R. Sorensen, Former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Principal International, who has served as Chairman of the IIS Board of Directors since 2010.
"On behalf of all members of our Board, I would like to congratulate Greig Woodring on his election to Chairman of the International Insurance Society, and give the fullest recognition to the tremendous value he has added to our organization over so many years," Sorensen said.
