Solarmag PLC is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting held on 22nd of December 2010 all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.
As previously noted, Dr Boris Lautenbach, a non-executive director, did not stand for re-election and accordingly he has ceased to be a director of the company with effect from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting.
