Dynacor Announces the Results of the Vote for the Election of Directors

("Dynacor" or the "Corporation") (TSX: DNG) announces that, at the Annual and Special Meeting of shareholders held on June 12, 2013, each of the 8 nominees listed in the Management Proxy Circular dated May 10, 2013 were elected as directors of Dynacor.
Based on the proxies received and the votes on a show of hands, the following individuals were elected as directors of Dynacor until the next annual shareholders' meeting. Accordingly, the results are set out below:
