NGEx Announces Election of Directors
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/19/13 -- NGEx Resources Inc. ("NGEx" or the "Company") (TSX: NGQ) is pleased to announce that the nominees listed in the management information circular for the 2013 Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders ("Annual Meeting") were elected as directors of NGEx. Detailed results of the vote for the election of directors held at the Annual Meeting earlier today are set out below.
In addition, the by-law resolution confirming an amendment to the Corporation's By-law No. 1 to incorporate advance notice provisions was carried with 99.98% of the votes cast in favour of such resolution.
