This document corrects and replaces the press release that was sent today at 4:15 p.m. ET. The error occurred in the location of the meeting where it should have read 199 Bay St.

GoldQuest Mining Corp. (TSX VENTURE: GQC) ("GoldQuest" or the "Company"), a gold/copper exploration company focused in the Dominican Republic, will hold its Annual General Meeting at 10 a.m. (ET) on Friday June 28th, 2013, at the offices of Blakes, Cassels & Graydon LLP, 199 Bay St, Suite 4000, Commerce Court West, Toronto, Ontario.

Following the formal meeting, GoldQuest's CEO Julio Espaillat will provide those in attendance with a corporate presentation, which will be followed by a question and answer period. The company's entire board of directors will also be in attendance.
