(TSX VENTURE: ECX)(AIM: ECX) announces that it received notification on 14 June 2013 that on that day John Conlon, Director, sold 5,000,000 common shares in the Company at a price of 2 cents per share. Following this sale Mr Conlon owns 25,161,794 common shares in the Company.
