On 21 June 2013, RHJ International SA ("RHJI") received a notification from the
persons mentioned below acting in concert who terminated on 18 June 2013 an
agreement amongst them to adopt, by concerted exercise of the voting rights they
hold, a lasting common policy and, as a result of such termination, crossed
downward the lowest declaration threshold.
