At the annual and special meeting of shareholders held on June 12, 2013, the shareholders of the Corporation approved by a majority of vote the appointment of Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton as auditors of the Corporation as well as the election of the following Directors: MM. Nicolas Bonnafous, Andre Brosseau, Meir Levi, Michael Perrault and Vittorio Violo.
Grant of options
For their services between now and the next annual general meeting of ODESIA's shareholders, the external directors of the Company received the following stock options of ODESIA, at the exercise price of $0.20 each, having an exercise period of five (5) years and vesting in four (4) equal and consecutive quarterly tranches over the next twelve months:
