A recognized advocate and practitioner for human-centered design and innovation, Lance will work with clients to develop strategy solutions that help organizations reach their goals and foster greater innovations in healthcare delivery methodology and human services.
Lance will lead TAYLOR's Strategies Practice, encompassing visioning, workplace culture, and brand strategy among other services to promote innovative business initiatives.
Carlson Strategy Group's diverse client work includes workplace strategy for a newly designed workplace at Amgen and retail strategy development for Microsoft's retail outlets, as well as brand implementation and change management services for a number of Microsoft corporate locations. Additional clients include Jayman Homes, Mars Foods, Intuit, Banff Centre, Chevron Energy Solutions, and Hyundai Motors North America. Tactical partnering on project pursuits introduced the two firms and opened dialogue for this action.
