Candax Energy Inc. Announces Election of Directors
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 06/26/13 -- Candax Energy Inc. (TSX: CAX) (the "Corporation") today announced that the nominees listed in the management proxy circular for the 2013 Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting") were elected as directors of the Corporation. Detailed results of the votes by proxy for the election of directors held at the Meeting today in Toronto are set out below.
The election of directors was conducted and approved by show of hands at the Meeting. A report of voting results for each resolution presented at the Meeting prepared in accordance with National Instrument 51-102 will be filed on .
