("CWC" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: CWC) is pleased to announce that, at its annual general and special meeting of shareholders held June 26, 2013, each of the five nominees proposed as a director and listed in CWC's management information circular dated May 22, 2013 were elected as directors to serve until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until their successors are elected or appointed.
