CWC Well Services Corp. Announces Issuance of Stock Options and Restricted Share Units
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/29/13 -- CWC Well Services Corp. ("CWC" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: CWC) announces that options to purchase 600,000 common shares of the Company were granted by the Board of Directors on July 26, 2013 to an officer of the Company at an exercise price of $0.75 per common share. These options expire five years from the date of grant with one third vesting on the first, second and third anniversary from the date of grant. In addition, the Board of Directors have also approved the granting of 175,000 restricted share units to an officer of the Company. These restricted share units expire three years from the date of grant with one third of the share units vesting and being awarded on the first, second and third anniversary from the date of grant.
