Coxe Global Agribusiness Income Fund Announces Annual Indicative Distribution Amount
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 06/27/13 -- COXE GLOBAL AGRIBUSINESS INCOME FUND (TSX: CAG.UN) (the "Fund") announced today that, based upon the prevailing market conditions and the estimate by the Investment Manager, Harris Investment Management Inc., and the Option Advisor, Connor, Clark & Lunn Capital Markets Inc., of distributable cash flow for the up-coming year, the annual indicative distribution amount of the Fund for the up-coming year will continue to be $0.50 per unit.
The Fund does not have a fixed distribution policy, and will make formal distribution announcements on a quarterly basis. The amount of distributions may fluctuate from quarter to quarter and there can be no assurance that the Fund will make any distribution in any particular quarter or quarters or that the indicative distribution target will be met.
