Stakeholder Annual and Special Meeting Results
(firmenpresse) - VAL D'OR, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 06/27/13 -- Stakeholder Gold Corp. (TSX VENTURE: SRC) announces that at the Annual and Special Meeting of the Corporation held on June 25, 2013 in Montreal, Quebec, the Shareholders of the Corporation:
Subsequent to the Annual and Special Meeting, the Board of Directors appointed the following people as Officers of the Corporation until the next general meeting:
Mark Fekete will remain Interim Chief Financial Officer until such time as a replacement can be found for Ingrid Martin, the outgoing Chief Financial Officer. The Board wishes to thank Ms. Martin for her hard work and professionalism since the inception of Stakeholder.
Also subsequent to the Annual and Special Meeting, the Board of Directors approved an amendment to the Stock Option Plan whereby it will become a fixed plan rather than a "rolling" plan, subject to acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
