Following an Initial Public Offering of 5.399 million units at a price of $0.15 per unit (one common share and one common share purchase warrant convertible at $0.25) for gross proceeds of approximately $810,000, there are 18,141,246 shares outstanding with a public float of 13.5 million shares. Industrial Alliance Securities Inc. acted as Agent on the Offering.
