ARCADIS refinances bank debt through U.S. Private Placement

ARCADIS (EURONEXT: ARCAD), the leading pure play global engineering and
consultancy firm, today announced that it has completed a 5-year U.S. Private
Placement (USPP) of $90 million.
The USPP is issued at 5% for a 5-year period with 4 investors purchasing ARCADIS
notes. Rabobank was responsible for assisting ARCADIS with the transaction. The
USPP proceeds will be used to replace maturing bank debt.
"With this step we further diversify our sources of financing and extend the
