Net Insight AB : Fredrik Tumegård new CEO at Net Insight

The Board of Directors of Net Insight has decided to appoint Fredrik Tumegård as
the new CEO of the company. He succeeds Fredrik Trägårdh who, as previously
announced, will leave the company after seven years as CEO. Fredrik Tumegård
holds the position today as Vice President Northern Europe at NEC and will
assume the role as CEO of Net Insight at the latest October 1(st) 2013.
Fredrik Tumegård has a broad experience from the telecom industry and has worked
in various executive positions at TeliaSonera International Carrier and Huawei
Technologies. 2009 Fredrik Tumegård started to work at NEC as CEO for the
Nordics and currently holds the position as Vice President Northern Europe.

Fredrik Tumegård is 41 years old and he has worked in various executive
positions within marketing and sales at TeliaSonera International Carrier and
Huawei Technologies. Fredrik also has experiences from Ericsson and Transmode.
2009 Fredrik Tumegård started to work at NEC as CEO for the Nordics, including
the Baltics, and currently holds the position as Vice President Northern Europe.
Fredrik commitments in the NEC group covers positions such as CEO, NEC UK Ltd,
NEC Scandinavia AB (including affiliated societies in Norway and Denmark) and
the affiliate of NEC Finland Oy.
Fredrik has a degree from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and has
also studied business administration at the University of Stockholm.
