H&R AG and the Hansen&Rosenthal Group join forces
- H&R Group Services GmbH brings together cross-company commercial
staffing functions under the umbrella of H&R AG
Salzbergen (Germany), 2nd July 2013. The board of directors of H&R AG and
the managing directorate at the Hansen&Rosenthal Group have decided to
address the operational and financial challenges arising from both
companies' ambitious international growth strategy by systematically
joining forces and combining their joint expertise in classic commercial
staffing functions.
H&R Group Services, which is to be established under the umbrella of H&R
AG, will in the future act as the qualified internal service provider of
both organisations, by supplying - among other things - staffing and
management functions, and also controlling, accounting, consolidation,
finance, treasury and tax services.
In implementing these decisions, the two firms will be building on the many
years of solid experience gained by H&R InfoTech GmbH, the organisation
that has been responsible, ever since its founding in the year 2001, for
supplying both companies with in-house IT services.
