Solarmag makes a good progress on the business developments set out for 2011
Solarmag is pleased to announce that it is well position to achieve the acquisitions targets set for 2011. This will include acquisition of electricity producing solar plants in the first 6 months of 2011 of at least 12 MW and further acquisition of electricity producing solar plants throughout 2011 and beyond.
Further to that the company expects to finalise agreements during 2011 for to start future production of thin film of solar panels up to a capacity of 200 MW annual production.
Solarmag is presently also in negotiations to enter into different co-operation and partnership agreements with a larger international solar energy company.
Further information regarding this co-operation will be made in due course.
Solarmag’s CEO, Lars- Erik Magnusson said: “We are delighted with the progress we are making to achieve the targets set out in our business plan for 2011, particularly in relation to the negotiations to acquire solar parks which are already generating revenues. We believe that these developments, together with the current negotiations to enter into co-operation and partner ship with a large international solar energy company, should all have a positive effect on Solarmag’s future value and development”.
