Darren Reiter Acquires Additional Position in eMedia Networks International Corp.
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/04/13 -- Darren Reiter ("Reiter") issues this press release pursuant to Part 3 - Early Warning Requirements of National Instrument 62-103 with respect to eMedia Networks International Corp. ("eMedia").
Reiter acquired an aggregate of 620,000 common shares of eMedia from November 2, 2010 to July 10, 2012 on the TSX Venture Exchange. As a result of these transactions and previous holdings, Reiter owns directly 3,599,939 common shares of the Issuer representing 16.6% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Issuer.
Prior to these transactions, Reiter held an aggregate of 2,979,939 common shares representing 13.8% of the outstanding common shares of eMedia.
These securities were acquired for investment purposes only. Depending on economic or market conditions or matters relating to eMedia, Reiter may choose to either acquire additional securities or dispose of securities of eMedia.
Darren Reiter is CEO and director of eMedia.
