PEACHES AG's UK subsidiary to expand group's activities
Continuing with its expansion strategy, PEACHES AG has founded wholly-owned
subsidiary PEACHES Mobile Ltd, based in London. This move will see the
company expand its operations in the UK. 'Creating our new company, PEACHES
Mobile Ltd, represents an important step towards successfully breaking into
the UK market and yet another stage in our ongoing internationalisation
process. We are now in a position to market our B2B solutions, which have
been a huge success in Germany, faster and better in the UK,' says Reinhold
M. Sigler, Member of the Management Board at PEACHES AG.
Following a far-reaching restructuring process, PEACHES AG's subsidiaries
(PEACHES Mobile GmbH, PEACHES Systems GmbH, REA Mobile GmbH and PEACHES
Mobile Ltd) are responsible for marketing the group's new offering of
prepaid services via app, mobile web and internet in addition to its
well-established mobile payments service. Companies around the world can
avail themselves of the prepaid airtime service platform as a white label
co-branded solution. The prelado consumer brand serves as a showcase for
the platform's multifunctionality, and prelado uses Isoptera, the core
technology developed in-house, to enable users to check their prepaid
mobile phone credit for free and for real-time top-ups via app, mobile web
and internet. Following the founding of PEACHES Mobile Ltd, prelado will
shortly be available in England, Wales and Scotland.
About the PEACHES GROUP:
The core competencies of the Peaches Group can be divided into two
different segments: Payments&Prepaid Services.
The group has real-world experience in the field of mobile payments and
positions itself as a mobile payment acquirer featuring an in-house mobile
payment platform. Peaches also acts as a reseller (PSP, payment service
provider) for the mpass mobile payment service of Telekom, Vodafone and O2.
The Peaches Group also provides prepaid top-up services. The
Wiesbaden-based group of companies also runs an in-house prepaid service
platform under the prelado prepaid anytime&anywhere brand, which offers
users a real-time mobile telephone top-up service that can be accessed via
app, the mobile web, and the internet. A free, provider-neutral prepaid
current balance display is also available via an app (Android&iOS). This
prepaid service is available from PEACHES Mobile GmbH as a white label
solution for interested partners. The full-service offering, including
airtime, payment processing, and a payment guarantee, is run wholly in the
partner's CI/CD.
The Peaches Group includes PEACHES Systems GmbH, PEACHES Mobile GmbH, REA
MOBILE GmbH and PEACHES Mobile Ltd, which are subsidiaries of PEACHES AG.
