mybet Holding SE: successful reallocation of shares block held by DWS
Kiel, July 8, 2013 - As a result of a reallocation, DWS Investment GmbH has
significantly reduced its shareholding in mybet Holding SE (ISIN
DE000A0JRU67) from previously over five percent to below three percent. A
voting rights notification to that effect was published today in accordance
with the requirements of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG).
According to information from traders, DWS has now in fact successfully
reallocated all the shares it holds in mybet. The shares were placed in
entirety with institutional investors in Germany and Switzerland who all
pursue a long-term investment strategy.
Mathias Dahms, Management Board spokesman of mybet Holding SE, remarked:
'On the one hand we of course regret the loss of a long-standing,
dependable major shareholder such as DWS. On the other hand we are
delighted that we now have a broader shareholder base in the institutional
arena, which, like us, is convinced of the positive prospects for the
company. The successful reallocation is also a proof of the sustainable IR
activities of the management in the recent months.'
