elementec launches free software for business continuity management

With the new version 3.1 of the software elementec::bcm for business continuity management, elementec introduces a new license structure. The new Community Edition is freely available and can be used without restrictions. The Enterprise Edition with additional functions is available in connection with the offered maintenance plan.

(firmenpresse) - elementec::bcm is a comprehensive bcm tool which covers risk and business impact analysis, the creation of alarm plans, escalation plans and emergency plans, interactive emergency response as well as the creation of emergency manuals. The new Community Edition allows to get started with tool-supported bcm without any further investments. To download the software, a free registration on the publisher web site is required, which also give access to the user forum. When purchasing a maintenance plan, customers receive the Enterprise Edition with additional enterprise-level functions, such as user and permission management and support of all major enterprise database systems.
