SolarWorld AG: Noteholders' meeting for the 2010/2017 note appoints
G&P GmbH&Co. KG, represented by Mr. Frank Günther, as representative
of all noteholders

At their noteholders' meeting today in Bonn, the noteholders of note ISIN:
XS0478864225 // WKN A1CR73 (2010/2017) of SolarWorld AG adopted the
resolution proposed under agenda item 2 regarding the appointment of G&P
GmbH&Co. KG, represented by Mr. Frank Günther, as representative of all
noteholders. The holders' representative shall pool and represent the
interests of the noteholders in the current restructuring process.
The resolution was adopted with a majority of about 99.80 percent, with
17.53 percent of outstanding notes represented at the meeting. At today's
second noteholders' meeting, a quorum was no longer required in order to
appoint the holders' representative. The proposed resolution required a
simple majority.

are pleased that the holders of the 2010/2017 note have also appointed a
representative in G&P GmbH&Co. KG, represented by Mr. Frank Günther, who
will accompany the further process.'
