LHKX Capital AG confirms it will not proceed to conclude acquisition of IAX - illiquid Asset Exchange Plc
Zurich, 1st February 2011. LHKX Capital AG (“the Company’”) confirms that due a strategic repositioning of the Company that it has been decided that the Company will not conclude the acquisition of the UK company Illiquid Assets Exchange Plc (“IAX”). A further announcement will be issued in the near future to provide details regarding the strategic repositioning of the Company.
