South American Silver Announces Appointment of New Director
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/09/13 -- South American Silver Corp. (TSX: SAC)(OTCQX: SOHAF) (the "Company") is pleased to announce today the appointment of Mr. Muqit Teja as a Director of the Company. Mr. Teja brings a background focused on international finance and advisory services to the exploration and mining industry, with a primary focus on precious metals. He was a founder of London-based Zamadini Advisors Ltd. where his geographic focus has traditionally been in East Africa. Mr. Teja's early education was in Kenya and he completed his education with a B.Sc. degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom.
In welcoming Mr. Teja's appointment to the Board, Ralph Fitch, Executive Chairman, stated "We are very pleased to have Muqit join the Board. He brings very valuable skills and experience to this post.
