Board contract of CFO Gerrit Janssen undergoes early extension until June
30, 2019
Lehrte, July 15, 2013 - HELMA Eigenheimbau AG, the specialist for
individual solid-construction homes and sustainable energy concepts, has
successfully continued the dynamic order growth of the past years into the
first half of the 2013 financial year. In the first six months of the
current financial year, net new order intake was up by 24 percent compared
with the same period of the previous year to reach EUR 71.7 million (H1
2012: EUR 58.0 million). All HELMA Group companies contributed to this
marked order growth.
The aforementioned order intake figures exclusively comprise orders from
private customers. The new and additional business area of the HELMA
Wohnungsbau GmbH subsidiary, which comprises the planning and realisation
of residential real estate projects intended for sale to institutional
investors, will in all probability make tangible contributions to net new
order intake from the second half of 2013, as already announced in April
2013. As a consequence, the Management Board of HELMA Eigenheimbau AG is
assuming that the HELMA Group will also generate significant new order
intake growth on a full-year view, thereby already securing the basis for
further revenue growth in the 2014 financial year, as announced.
Moreover, the company's Management Board also anticipates sustainable
revenue and earnings growth for the subsequent years - especially through
the constant business expansion of the subsidiaries HELMA Wohnungsbau GmbH
and HELMA Ferienimmobilien GmbH. The company plans to issue a corporate
bond in the second half of 2013 to finance some of this organic growth in
future years.

Internet at www.HELMA.de on August 26, 2013.
Supervisory Board extends Gerrit Janssen's Management Board contract:
The Supervisory Board of HELMA Eigenheimbau AG has implemented an early
extension of the Management Board contract of CFO Gerrit Janssen for a
five-year period until June 30, 2019. 'As Chief Financial Officer, Mr
Janssen has played a considerable role in structuring the company's
profitable and sustainable growth over recent years. With this early and
long-term contract extension, we are securing the continuity in personnel
terms of the successful Management Board executive body,' commented Otto W.
Holzkamp, Supervisory Board Chairman of HELMA Eigenheimbau AG.
