(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/15/13 -- The Annual General Meeting of AsiaBaseMetals Inc. ("AsiaBaseMetals" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: ABZ) was held on July 3, 2013 in Vancouver, British Columbia at which 32.51% of the issued shares were represented. Shareholders voted in favour of all resolutions presented, including the re-election of all director nominees, namely Raj Chowdhry, Rick Van Nieuwenhuyse, Gerald Booth, Joseph Piekenbrock and Steven Khan.
