(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/16/13 -- Archer Petroleum Corp (TSX VENTURE: ARK) (DBFrankfurt: A6VA) (the "Company") announces that a director (Officer) of the Company has arranged the sale of 160,000 shares of their personal holdings at a price of $0.47 per share through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange. The proceeds from this sale will be used to fund the subscription for 150,400 shares at a price of $0.50 per share in the private placement previously announced June 10th, 2013.
