Galore Changes Auditor and Sets 2013 AGM

(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/17/13 -- Galore Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: GRI) (the "Company") announces that effective July 12, 2013, DeVisser Gray LLP, Chartered Accountants has been appointed the Company's auditor in place of Davidson & Company, Chartered Accountants. The former auditor and new auditor confirm that there are no disagreements or unresolved issues.

The resignation of Davidson & Company and the recommendation to appoint DeVisser Gray LLP has been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company.

At the Company's 2013 Annual General Meeting scheduled for Thursday, September 12, 2013, shareholders of the Company will be asked to approve the change of auditor of the Company.

Galore Resources is a British Columbia-based exploration company with promising exploration properties in Mexico and British Columbia.
