("TDb Split") declares its monthly distribution of $0.05 for each Class A share ($0.60 annually) and $0.04375 for each Preferred share ($0.525 annually). Distributions are payable August 9, 2013 to shareholders on record as of July 31, 2013.
Since inception (August 7, 2007) Class A shareholders Preferred shareholders have received a total of $3.14 combined total of $5.59 per unit.
