TyMetrix Announces Global Expansion Following Exceptional Growth in EMEA, Opens New Client Support Offices in Dubai and Paris
Appoints Mark Stapleton as Managing Director of EMEA to Support Continued Growth and Expansion Efforts

As part of this effort, TyMetrix opened new sales and service offices in Dubai and Paris on July 1, 2013. This investment comes on the heels of unprecedented business growth for TyMetrix in EMEA, where new sales grew at 106% from 2011-2012. It also reflects the firm's unique focus on serving global companies, law firms and vendors.
TyMetrix has been at the forefront of global expansion in the enterprise legal management space. It is the first company in this industry to enter the market in China and the Middle East, and it has been the trusted partner of choice for the market's first clients in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. To support this global expansion, TyMetrix has appointed Mark Stapleton as the managing director of TyMetrix EMEA. Mark is based out of London and has strong background and leadership in operational excellence, market development, and strategic growth that will help move forward the company's initiatives in EMEA. Mark has a reputation for leading high performance teams to deliver results in business management and operations, product management and business development, and professional services in the B2B online business information industry. In his previous role with Dow Jones, Mark was the global business leader of a multi-million dollar portfolio of integration products and professional services, leading an international team of professionals in technology, content, sales, and product management.

The planned global expansion will take place in two phases. The first phase, beginning in July, is focused on real-time customer support that includes live coverage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and on-call coverage during weekends. There will also be a U.S. toll-free number available for all client and law firm users. The next phase will begin in late 2013, and will concentrate on improving language capabilities, including the translation of key portions of the law firm instructions to operate TyMetrix 360? into multiple languages. In addition, the toll-free number for clients will be expanded beyond the U.S., rolling out in Argentina, Brazil, China, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, and United Kingdom.

TyMetrix supports multiple languages within its software custom fields and reporting. Efforts are underway to support multiple languages for user interface labels, including complex language display (i.e. right-to-left text). TyMetrix intends to start with French and Spanish, and by 2015 it plans to have full product provisions incorporating Arabic and Chinese.
Another result of TyMetrix' global expansion efforts is that its Client Care Center help desk supports language translation services, making TyMetrix the first provider in the industry to offer translation services. Users who call for support have the option of speaking in their native language while an interpreter translates the conversation between the user and the TyMetrix support staff member. The Client Care Center currently supports over 200 languages. This demonstrates the importance TyMetrix places on the support of its law firm and vendor community that access TyMetrix 360? from more than 200 countries around the world.
