Rooster Energy Ltd. Reports 2013 Annual General and Special Meeting Results
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/18/13 -- ROOSTER ENERGY LTD. (the "Company") () (TSX VENTURE: COQ) is pleased to announce the results of voting by shareholders of the Company at the Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders held on July 16, 2013 (the "Meeting").
A total of 94.45% of the 105,465,823 shares issued and outstanding (assuming conversion of all proportionate voting shares into common shares) as of the record date of June 11, 2013 were represented at the Meeting and resolutions approving all of the following items of business that were recommended by the Board of Directors were approved by the shareholders:
Robert P. Murphy, Chief Executive Officer and President commented "We are pleased to receive the vote of confidence of the shareholders reflected by the adoption of all of the resolutions up for vote, including the re-election of all of the directors.
