Enablence Technologies Inc. Announces Closing of Second Tranche of Bridge Financing

("Enablence" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: ENA), a leading supplier of optical components and subsystems for access, metro and long-haul markets, announced today that it has closed the second tranche of the Bridge Loan financing in the amount of $2,500,000. The total amount of the Bridge Loan of $3,000,000 has now closed, which is part of the larger $15,000,000 Equity Financing Transaction as announced on July 17, 2013.
